Refunds

If you received your item damaged or the product isn't like described, you are eligible for a refund. In this case please contact support@aromasparkle.com right away, since we will tell you what to do next. You can be sure that you will not be left with any costs.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 If the refund request is granted by AromaSparkle, payments are refunded as follows:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
  2. Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
  3. PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
  4. Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.

Returns 
If you received your item and you don't like it for any reason, you can send it back to us within 30 days from receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error, we unfortunately can not offer a refund. 

If you want to return a product, please send an email to support@aromasparkle.com . Please keep in mind that shipping cost for the returned products have to be paid by the customer. 

Order Cancellation

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
